InvoxAI is accounts-payable automation: it captures invoices, extracts their data, routes them for approval, and syncs approved invoices to supported accounting systems. Features may change as the product evolves.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your organization’s data, and the actions of users you invite. Keep your credentials secure and enable multi-factor authentication.

3. Acceptable use

• Don’t upload unlawful content or infringe others’ rights.
• Don’t attempt to breach tenant isolation or access other organizations’ data.
• Don’t misuse the service to process fraudulent documents.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Paid plans begin with a 14-day trial; you may cancel anytime from the billing portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with notice for future billing periods.

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (e.g. QuickBooks, Stripe). Your use of those services is governed by their terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. InvoxAI assists with invoice processing but does not replace your own review; you remain responsible for the accuracy of what you approve and post to your ledger.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Governing law
